Fibroblast Plasma Pen Skin Tightening: Part 3
Healing. In my experience this is the most intense aspect to the procedure. My face swelled so badly the first night and then the dots got so dark and scabby. There wasn’t a TON of pain aside from the swelling…but visually omfg. It was the worst. It’s been 11 weeks and I’m still healing. As discussed in Part 1 and Part 2 - I absolutely am blown away by the results (which continue to improve!) - but my skin is SENSITIVE so it’s taking a long time for the dots to fade.
As you can see it’s pretty hard to do anything in public while the dots are still on. By the 4th day they started gradually coming off and by the 7th day I was pretty good to go. Unfortunately I got two really painful coldsores as a result. If I get another face treatment in the future near my mouth I’ll definitely be proactive and dose up on a prescription to help prevent this in the future.
There were a few major transformations from the Fibroblast Plasma Pen Skin Tightening treatment that really helped correct things on my face: getting rid of loose skin above my eye, fixing my nose and pulling up my cheek so my nasolabial fold wasn’t so deep.
In this set of photos you can see how my eyelid started to lift right away. I could literally see better immediately after the treatment.
Non-invasive nose job with Fibroblast Plasma Pen Skin Tightening
Unbeknownst to be my nose had gotten super jacked up. I had been looking at myself in the mirror and I couldn’t put my finger on what was going on with my face but when Jane began to do my treatment she pointed out that there was a bulbous growth on one side of my nose that was making it super asymmetrical. I had read about how people get nose jobs at 50 but I didn’t put two and two together until my treatment. Basically as you age your ligaments loosen and the skin begins to pull away from them which can change the shape of your nose. Things are as tight and that can dramatically change the shape of your nose and ultimately change your face!
This one is difficult to photograph but hopefully this helps relay the transformation. She got rid of the bulbous thing and then my whole nose was able to lift itself up which made my face a lot more symmetrical and youthful. I didn’t consult a rhinoplasty physician before getting this but I’m so glad I found Jane and didn’t go down the path of a nose job which can take a year to heal. The image on the left is 2 weeks after treatment and the one on the right is before.
